- How accurate are the AI notes?
- The AI is instructed to use only what was said in the recording (and, for a follow-up, the previous visit’s note), but it can still make mistakes, which is why every note is a draft for the professional to review before use. A “Please verify” box lists what it was unsure about, such as a dose that was not stated clearly or a dialect word with more than one reading. Edit the note yourself or type an instruction to refine it.
- Is patient data safe?
- Patient consent is confirmed for every visit. Audio is processed by a speech-to-text provider (transcription) and the transcript by Anthropic (note writing), both in the United States. Medical visits cannot be shared by public link, and you can delete a visit or your account at any time.
- Can speakers use Thai regional dialects?
- Yes, you can record them. Thai speech in a regional accent is accepted and transcribed in Thai script, and the AI note is written in standard Thai. When a speaker’s own words matter, the note quotes them with their meaning, and any word it is unsure of goes in the “Please verify” box. Review dialect transcripts with extra care. Choose Thai as the language rather than auto-detect.
- Which languages does it support?
- 90+ languages, detected automatically or chosen by you, including speech that switches between languages, such as Thai mixed with English. You choose the language an AI note is written in when you create it.
- How are credits charged?
- Transcription is 1 credit per minute, charged only when it succeeds. An AI note is 5 credits; for recordings over 10 minutes it is 0.5 credits per minute. Editing a note by instruction is 2 credits, and optional live text while recording is +0.5 credits per minute, charged together with the transcription, so a failed transcription charges neither. For example, a 5-minute visit with an AI note is 10 credits. Sign up free for 30 credits, then top up as you go or buy a pack.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. Delete any recording with its transcript and notes at any time, or delete your account yourself from account settings. A deleted account’s data is held for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted or de-identified, except payment records, which the Revenue Code requires us to keep for 5 years.
