Terms of Service

The "SyncEdge Scripta" service (the "Service") is provided by SyncEdge Solution (the "Company"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Service.

Scripta is an AI-powered speech-to-text service for Thai and English. You can upload audio files and receive transcripts with speaker labels and timestamps, then edit them, export them (TXT/SRT/VTT), and share links.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Users must be at least 20 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian.

The Service is charged in "credits" (1 credit = 1 minute of transcription), topped up via PromptPay or a credit/debit card and processed by a licensed payment provider (Stripe). Subscription packages renew automatically each cycle and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current cycle. Credits are deducted only for successful transcription jobs, based on the actual duration of the file, for AI notes that were successfully written, and for live text you switch on while recording (charged only when that recording's transcription succeeds), at the rates shown in the app.

Credits that have been topped up or granted cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where (a) a system fault prevents use of the Service and the Company cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, or (b) otherwise required by law. Deleting your account constitutes a waiver of any remaining credit.

You retain ownership of your audio files and transcripts. You grant the Company permission to process that content only as necessary to provide the Service. You warrant that you hold the legal rights to the audio you upload, including having notified or obtained consent from the individuals recorded as required by law.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to intercept communications unlawfully, or to disrupt or break into the Service's systems.

Transcripts are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. The Service is not a certified legal, medical, or official record. You should review transcripts before relying on them.

AI notes are drafts generated automatically from a transcript. They may omit or misstate information and are not medical advice. The clinician is solely responsible for reviewing and correcting every note before any clinical use or entry into a medical record. Do not use the Service for emergencies.

The Company may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account yourself from the Settings page; data is held for 30 days before permanent deletion (see the Privacy Policy). Payment documents are retained as required by tax law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid the Company during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company may amend these Terms by posting the update on this page. Continued use of the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
