How credits are charged
Transcription is 1 credit a minute. An AI note is 5 credits (0.5 a minute for recordings over 10 minutes). Refining a note by instruction is 2 credits. Live text while recording is +0.5 credits a minute.

- A workspace shares one credit balance across the team.
- Cards are charged in the currency shown, USD or THB. PromptPay is available when paying in baht; monthly packs are card-only.
